1) Ordering & Customization
Q1: How do I place a custom order?
A: Choose your style and size on the product page, upload your photos, add customization notes (pose/outfit/accessories/text), then complete checkout. If you prefer, you can also email photos and details after purchase.
Q2: What can I customize?
A: You can customize the pose, outfit, hairstyle, facial expression, accessories (glasses, tools, bouquet, etc.), base style, and base text (name/date/message). We can also make couple/family/pet designs.
Q3: Can you make multiple people or include pets?
A: Yes. We offer single-person, couple, family, and pet figurines. For complex designs, production time may be longer.
2) Photo Requirements
Q4: What kind of photos should I upload?
A: Clear, well-lit photos are best. A front-facing photo helps us capture facial features. If possible, provide 2–3 photos (front + side/profile) and one full-body photo for outfit details.
Q5: Can I use screenshots or filtered photos?
A: You can, but filters and heavy editing may reduce accuracy. We recommend natural lighting and high-resolution images.
Q6: What if I don’t have a full-body photo?
A: That’s okay. Tell us your preferred outfit/pose, or provide reference images. We can sculpt based on your instructions.
3) Likeness & Handmade Expectations
Q7: Will it look exactly like the photo?
A: We aim for strong likeness, especially in facial features and key details. However, each item is handmade, so the final result is an artistic sculpted representation rather than a printed copy.
Q8: Can you match specific details (tattoos, logos, uniforms)?
A: Yes, please provide clear references and notes. Extremely small text/logos may be simplified due to scale and clay material limits.
4) Preview & Revisions
Q9: Do you provide a preview before shipping?
A: For many orders, we provide progress photos or a preview stage (depending on product/service level). You’ll be informed if preview is included for your order.
Q10: Can I request changes?
A: Yes. We offer reasonable revisions during the production/preview stage (if applicable). Major redesigns or changing the person/photo set after production starts may not be possible.
Q11: How many revision rounds are included?
A: Typically [1–3] rounds (depending on the order). If you need extra revisions, we’ll confirm whether additional time/fees apply.
